Discuss how these employees’ efforts have transformed their specific department. Some examples could include an exemplary service idea, new processes, work tools, or outstanding accomplishments that have benefited their team, students, or customers.
Tell us how the employee’s strongest characteristics relate to teamwork, enthusiasm, leadership, and initiative.
